1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by BEST Imaging Solutions, located in Chicago, Illinois (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of the Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2a. Winner Eligibility Restriction
Only the individual the original sweepstrakes email was addressed to is eligible to win the prize. Forwarding, sharing, or otherwise distributing the email does not grant eligibility to others. The prize will be awarded solely to only an original email recipient.

3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on January 13, 2026 at 8:00 AM CT and ends on January 15, 2026 8:00AM CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit their Name, Company & email address through the official sweepstakes entry form located at bestimagingsolutions.com during the Sweepstakes Period.

• Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address.

• Automated or bulk entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.

No other method of entry is permitted.

5. Prize
Two (2) winners will receive:

• Two (2) tickets for the Chicago Bears Divisional game against the Los Angeles Rams on January 18, 2026 at Soldier Field in Chicago.

Tickets will be delivered electronically and will require use of a mobile app to gain entry.  Travel, lodging, parking, food, and all other expenses are not included.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $734.00.
The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash alternative will be offered, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 12:00 CST. The potential winner will be notified via email using the email address provided at entry. If the selected winner does not respond, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and sponsor may choose to select am alternate winner by drawing an additional name.

8. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receipt of the prize.

9. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor permission to use their name, city/state of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

11. Platform and League Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Chicago Bears, the National Football League (NFL), or any social media or email platform on which it may be promoted.

12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at bestimagingsolutions.com/privacy-policy. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from the Sponsor. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

13. Right to Modify or Cancel
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

14. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Winner Information
To request the name of the winner, send a written request to Best Imaging Solutions 55E. Monroe, CON F Chicago IL 60603 within 30 days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement regarding the Sweepstakes and are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
