PRIVACY
Customer privacy, and the security of customer information, is of the utmost importance to Best Imaging Solutions. Personal or corporate data (names, addresses, buying habits) have become a highly prized commodity brokered by everyone from supermarkets to department stores to web sites. However, Best Imaging Solutions is not in the business of marketing demographic information. Therefore, we guarantee each and every one of our customers that we will never sell, loan, rent, lease, give, or otherwise diseminate any piece of information about them to anybody outside of Best Imaging Solutions for any reason at any time. Ever.

With a few exceptions used for promotional purposes (for which we have received explicit permission from the owner ahead of time,) this guarantee of privacy also applies to job information. Our policy is to keep any and all information regarding work performed strictly between us and the party ordering the work.

COOKIES
Best Imaging Solutions' policy of protecting customer information extends naturally to cover our web site as well. We understand that it is becoming exceedingly difficult to control the extent to which personal information is collected and the ways in which it will be used. So why do we utilize cookies at all? There is only one reason - for the convenience of our customers. The cookie generated by our Sendfile Form is the only one created on our entire site. It saves the Name, Company, Address, Phone Number, and Email information that our customers enter into that form. The cookie saves our customers the trouble of having to enter their personal data every time they use the form. It is never used for anything else. We do not use it to track your use of our site (or any other site, for that matter). We do not use it to store how many times you visit us online or how many files you send us. The form works just as well without the cookie as it does with it.

WEB BROWSER
The Best Imaging Solutions web site was created with some features created under the HTML 4.0 standard. These features are supported by the 4.0 browsers (meaning Netscape Navigator 4.0 or above and MS Internet Explorer 4.0 or above.) If you choose to browse this site with a browser other than those mentioned, you may experience some drawbacks, such as funky layouts and forms that don't work right. Every attempt has been made to avoid browser-specific HTML.

Note to Navigator 6 users: Netscape has, with the release of Navigator 6, abandoned many of the methods of web page interpretation and presentation established under their previous Navigator releases. They have moved instead toward a more Internet Explorer-like object model. However, Navigator 6 is not 100% IE compatible, nor is it 100% Navigator pre-6 compatible. This leaves it in a kind of middle-ground limbo state. So far the only major problems with Navigator 6 are that the layout is slightly off (so much for absolute object placement) and some of the JavaScript is non-functional.

Note to Linux users: Navigator 4.x for Linux does not always properly handle object positioning, so the page layouts of our site may appear somewhat disorderly.
