There are many companies producing software for transfering files via the ftp protocol. If you go to download.com and search on the keyword "ftp," you will return hundreds of options. Two of the most popular are CuteFTP and WS_FTP, however any of them should do the trick.*
Although setup will vary slightly from one product to another, there are some basic steps that should be consistent across the board.
  • Site Name: Best Imaging Solutions FTP (or use whatever name you like)
  • Host Address: ftp.bestimagingsolutions.com
  • User ID: leave blank
  • Password: leave blank
  • FTP port: 21
  • Login Type: anonymous
