• The first step is to set IE to use Passive FTP (If you skip this step, you will probably get an error message when trying to connect.)
  • From the IE Tools menu, select "Internet Options.".

  • In the Internet Options window, click on the Advanced tab.

  • Scroll down and click the box for Passive FTP.

  • Click "OK" when finished.

  • IMPORTANT: IE must be closed and then re-opened.
